GasTechno® Commercial Plant Scales

Because methanol is so versatile the owner/operator of a GasTechno^®plant has a variety configuration options. Methanol is commonly used to produce formaldehyde, which is used to make a number of products such as resins used in plastics and construction materials.

GasTechno Mini-GTL
75,000 to 300,000 SCFD Scale
GasTechno^® Mini-GTL^TM plants are designed to process gas feeds from 50,000 to 300,000 scfd. Typical applications include small gas flares, landfill gas and biogas produced by small concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs).

300,000 to 1,000,000 SCFD Scale Modular Plants
These modular plants include either onsite oxygen or liquid oxygen options. Suitable for associated gas, stranded gas wells, landfills and mid-sized CAFOs.

5,000,000 SCFD Plant Scale
Applications in this range and unconventional sources such as coalbed methane, coal mine methane, shale gas, associated gas, landfills and CAFOs.

Mid-scale Commercial GasTechno Projects (5 to 30 mmscfd)
Applications in this range include flare gas recovery systems for refineries or offshore gas flaring wells.
